Crawfish Pie

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. chopped crawfish
  • 2 (8-inch) pie shells

Directions

    Brown seasoning in cooking oil.

    Add crawfish, cream of mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese.

    Cook until cheese is melted. Pour mixture in pie shell; cover with other pie shell.

    Pinch edges and cut slits in center of shell.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
