- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. chopped crawfish
- 2 (8-inch) pie shells
Directions

1Brown seasoning in cooking oil.

2Add crawfish, cream of mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese.

3Cook until cheese is melted. Pour mixture in pie shell; cover with other pie shell.

4Pinch edges and cut slits in center of shell.

5Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
