Crawfish Pie

- 1 unbaked pie shell and top
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 lb. crawfish tails, peeled
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 2 c. basic vegetable mix
- seasoning to taste
Directions

1Saute crawfish tails in margarine about 5 minutes.

2Remove crawfish tails.

3Add basic vegetable mix to margarine and saute for 10 minutes.

4Season crawfish and add to mixture along with the soup.

5Cook at least 20 minutes.

6If too thick, add a little Sauterne wine or water.

7Place in pie shell and cover with top. Bake in 300° oven until brown.

8Serves 4.
