Ingredients: 1/2 c. flour; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. baking powder; 1/2 c. shortening; 1/2 c. sour cream; 1 egg; 1 lb. hamburg; 1/2 c. green pepper or 1/2 c. celery; 1 Tbsp. mustard; 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce; 1/2 c. onion; 1/2 c. catsup; 1 1/2 c. grated cheese

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 lb. hamburg
1/2 c. green pepper or 1/2 c. celery
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. catsup
1 1/2 c. grated cheese

To make crust combine flour, salt, baking powder, shortening, sour cream and egg.

Stir 70 times; batter will be lumpy.

Spread thin on bottom of a lightly greased and floured 9-inch pie pan. Batter is spread thinly on bottom but thicker on the sides.
