- 3 c. heavy cream
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. light brown sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 300°.

2Heat cream in a double boiler and stir in sugar.

3Beat the egg yolks until light and pour the hot cream over them gradually, stirring vigorously.

4Stir in vanilla and pour into a souffle dish.

5Place dish in a pan containing 1-inch hot water and bake until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

6Chill.
