- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Put all the ingredients into a bowl and knead them with your fingers.

3Shape dough into golf ball sizes and set them on an ungreased cookie sheet.

4Flatten tops enough to make them look like biscuits.

5Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
