  • 4 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp. almond extract
  • nutmeg
  • 2 1/2 c. scalded milk

Directions

    Blend eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond.

    Stir in gradually the scalded milk.

    Pour into uncooked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
