  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 16 ounces powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Put pecans & butter in oven and toast about 15 minutes at 300°F.

    Melt cream cheese over low heat until creamy.

    Add powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts; mix very well.
