- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 lb. powdered sugar
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. almond or vanilla flavoring
- food coloring
Directions

1Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar.

2Add flavoring; mix well. Add coloring.

3Mix well.

4Put white sugar in mold.

5Add approximately 1 teaspoon dough to mold, making it level.

6Push out of mold onto wax paper, pretty side up.

7Air dry 2 to 3 hours. Layer between wax paper and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
