- 3 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. flavoring (oil of peppermint, oil of spearmint, etc.)
- 2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
- food coloring as desired (I use coloring paste)
Directions

1Mix by hand.

2Stir cream cheese until soft.

3Add coloring and flavoring.

4Gradually add sugar.

5Knead until consistency is like pie dough. (For firmer mix, add more sugar.)

6Roll into marble sized balls.

7Dip one side in granulated sugar.

8Place sugar side down into mold, pressing firmly from edge to center.

9Scrape off excess.

10Unmold at once onto wax paper.

11Makes about 24 to 36 pieces.
