- 3 sticks butter or margarine
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. cake flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- dash of salt
- 6 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Grease and flour large tube pan.

3Cream together margarine, cream cheese, sugar and flavorings until light and fluffy.

4Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in flour, adding 1 cup of pecans to last portion of flour.
