  • 5 to 7 potatoes, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix together soup, pepper and paprika.

    In a 9 x 9-inch greased pan, line up potatoes.

    Cover with cheese, then cover with soup mixture.

    Cover with tinfoil.

    Bake, covered, for 45 minutes, uncovered, for 10 minutes more in preheated 400° oven.
