- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- Cream Filling
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Heat water and margarine to rolling boil in 2 1/2 quart saucepan.

2Stir in flour.

3Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball about 1 minute.

4Remove from heat.

5Beat in eggs, all at once.

6Continue beating until smooth.

7Drop dough by small 1/4 cupfuls about 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

8Bake until puffed and golden, 35 to 40 minutes.

9Cool away from draft.

10Cut off tops.

11Pull out any extra filling of soft dough, filling with Cream Filling.

12Replace tops; sprinkle with powdered sugar.

13Refrigerate until ready to eat.
