- 1 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 c. Flour
Directions

1In a saucepan over medium heat, heat water, butter and salt until butter melts and mixture boils.

2Remove from heat.

3With wooden spoon stir in flour all at once until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of saucepan.

4Add eggs, one at a time beating after each slightly.

5Lightly grease and flour cookie sheet.

6Drop by heaping Tbsp.

7Bake for 40 min.

8Turn off oven and leave in oven for 15 min.

9Fill each puff with almond-cream filling then glaze each puff.
