  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Bring water, salt and butter to boil.

    Add flour and stir until smooth and leaves the sides of pan.

    Cool slightly, then stir in one egg at a time.

    Drop by large rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° until they are browned and look dry (about 30 minutes).
