- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1 box instant pudding
Directions

1Heat water and butter; bring to a boil.

2Stir in flour for 1 minute.

3Take off heat.

4Drop eggs in mix until it forms a ball. Place 1 teaspoon of batter at a time on cookie sheet.

5Makes about 24 Cream Puffs.

6Heat at 400° for about 35 minutes.

7After cooling, cut puffs in half and fill with instant pudding.
