- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Melt butter in boiling water and add flour and salt all at once.

2Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that won't separate.

3Cool add eggs one at a time beating after each until smooth.

4Drop by heaping tablespoon full 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.

5Bake at 400° until golden brown and puffy about 30 minutes.

6Remove from oven and split while warm. Cool on rack. Fill with pudding or cream filling.
