Cream Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Directions

    Cook water and margarine until boiling.

    Add flour and salt and stir until mixture is in a soft ball stage.

    Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg is added. Drop by teaspoon on greased and floured cookie sheet.

    Bake at 400° to 450° for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Cool.

    Cut top half of Cream Puffs off.

    Remove inside of Cream Puff that isn't done.

    Mix pudding and milk.

    Add Cool Whip.

    Fill Cream Puffs with pudding mixture.

    Replace top of Cream Puffs.

    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

    Chill.
