- 6 Tbsp. oleo
- 3/4 c. flour
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Heat water and oleo to boiling.

2Add flour all at once.

3Cook, stirring constantly until mixture is very thick and forms a ball that follows spoon round.

4Remove from heat.

5Add large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

6Beat until dough is smooth and shiny.

7Spoon 8 high mounds on lightly greased baking sheets.

8Bake in preheated 400° oven about 40 minutes until puffed and golden brown.

9Remove to wire rack to cool.
