- 2 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. self-rising corn meal
Directions

1Heat bacon grease in an iron skillet until very hot.

2Combine remaining ingredients and pour into hot skillet.

3Place in oven and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes until set.

4Slice in wedges to serve.
