Ingredients
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 whole chicken (parts) or 5 to 6 breasts, cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. horseradish
- 1 (4 oz.) can pimentos, drained (optional)
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Directions

1Saute onion and green pepper in butter until limp.

2Stir in flour, salt and paprika.

3Tear cooked chicken (which has been cooked, boiled or steamed) in small pieces.

4Add with soup and tomato sauce to onion and flour mixture.

5Rinse each can of tomato sauce with 1/4 cup of water.

6Add to chicken and sauce.

7Stir all and bring to a boil.

8Then add lemon juice, mushrooms, horseradish and pimentos.

9Serve over rice or noodles.
