  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 10-12 hard boiled Large eggs

    Heat butter in large saucepan.

    Add in flour, blend quickly.

    Add in lowfat milk a little at a time to make cream sauce.

    Chop hard boiled Large eggs.

    Add in to sauce.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve over toast, biscuits or possibly baked potatoes.

    Optional: add in diced ham.
