- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter, dot top after mixed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small carton sour cream
Directions

1Peel potatoes and cook until done.

2Pour into a mixer, reserving some of the potato water.

3Mix at medium speed.
