Creamed Potatoes

  • 8 to 10 medium or large potatoes, cooked
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, dot top after mixed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small carton sour cream

Directions

    Peel potatoes and cook until done.

    Pour into a mixer, reserving some of the potato water.

    Mix at medium speed.

    Mix in other ingredients.

    Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
