- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. flour, divided
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
- 1/2 cup cold butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 container (15 oz.) POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- 2 lb. apples, peeled, sliced (about 6 cups)
Directions

1Heat oven to 375F.

2Mix 1 cup of the flour, oats, 1/4 cup of the sugar and 1/2 tsp.

3of the cinnamon in medium bowl.

4Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.

5Beat egg and ricotta in large bowl until well blended.

6Stir in apples, remaining 3/4 cup sugar, remaining 2 Tbsp.

9Spoon into greased 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with the crumb mixture.
