- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk (low-fat)
- 1 c. grated process American cheese
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan.

2Add flour, salt and dry mustard; stir until smooth.

3Gradually add Carnation.

4Continue cooking over medium heat, stirring, until sauce just comes to a boil. Remove from heat.

5Add cheese; stir until melted.

6Serve hot over your favorite vegetable.

7Makes 2 1/2 cups.
