Creamy Chicken Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. cubed chicken, cooked
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 can Green Giant Mexicorn, undrained
  • 1 (4.5 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, undrained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    In a 4-quart pan, combine milk, broth and soups.

    Blend well. Add remaining ingredients except cheese.

    Mix well and cook over medium heat approximately 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.

    Add cheese just before serving. Stir until melted. Served with crescent rolls and salad, this makes a great easy to fix meal.
