- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar replacement
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 8-inch pie shell, baked
Directions

1Scald 1 cup of milk.

2Mix dry ingredients with remaining milk.

3Add to hot milk and cook until custard coats one spoon, about 15 minutes.

4Add butter and vanilla.

5Stir to blend.

6Remove from heat.

7When partially cooled, pour into baked pie shell. Chill thoroughly before serving.
