  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 Tbsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar and milk.

    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.

    Set aside to cool.

    Mix together butter, sugar, Crisco and vanilla.

    When first mixture is cool, combine with creamed mixture and beat with mixer until it is the consistency you desire for easy spreading.
