  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube
  • 1 tsp. oil
  • 3 roasted poblano chiles, peeled, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

    Blend milk, cream cheese, garlic and bouillon cube in blender 1 min.

    or until smooth; set aside.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add chiles and onions; cook 5 min.

    or until onions are tender, stirring frequently.

    Stir in cream cheese mixture; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min.
