- 8 egg yolks
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- kiwi slices
- thin, unpeeled apple wedges
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. heavy cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
Directions

1Cream the egg yolks with the sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan over low heat.

2Slowly stir in the cream.

3Add the cinnamon, vanilla and lemon rind.

4Simmer 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

5Pour into molds; cool.

6Refrigerate to set.
