- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (8 oz.) can small whole onions, drained
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- dash of salt
Directions

1Combine tomatoes and cornstarch.

2Cook over medium heat until clear and thickened.

3Stir in onions.

4Pour vegetables into 1 quart casserole dish.

5Combine cheese, egg and salt; mix well. Spoon rounded ??? of cheese mixture around edge of the casserole. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
