- 4 lamb chops
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1/2 c. canned tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Trim chops, dip in seasoned flour and brown lightly in hot fat.

2Arrange in skillet.

3Sprinkle onions over them and pour on soup and water, heated to boiling point.

4Cover chops.

5Bake in slow 325° oven from 3/4 to 1 1/2 hours until done.

6Lamb steaks from shoulder or leg may be substituted for chops.

7Serves 4.
