  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Creole Shrubb or Grand Marnier
  • 2 ounces chilled club soda
  • 1 ounce dark rum, preferably Gosling's
  • 1 mint leaf
  • 1 lime wedge

    In a rocks glass, muddle the ginger with the bitters.
