Crescent Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls
- 8 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. hot, lean sausage
- dash of pepper
- salt to taste
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Separate dough into 2 long triangles and place in greased 13 x 9-inch glass casserole.

3Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides, making sure perforations in dough are sealed. Brown sausage; place in colander and rinse with hot water to remove grease.

4Sprinkle sausage on top of dough, then sprinkle cheese on top of sausage.

5Add salt and pepper to milk and pour evenly over top of casserole.

6Whip eggs and place on top.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes until eggs are set.

8Cut in 8 squares and serve immediately.
