- 1/2 lb. butter
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 5 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream butter and add sugar, vanilla and water.

2Sift flour and salt together and stir into mixture.

3Add pecans and mix thoroughly, using portions about size of small walnuts.

4Roll into crescent shaped cookies.

5Bake in slow oven (325°) about 20 minutes.

6While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
