- 1 pound bulk sausage (mild)
- 1 package (8) crescent rolls
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs beaten
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Fry and drain sausage.

2Unroll the crescent dough and spread into a 9x13 greased pan, pressing the seams together.

3Dough should completely cover the bottom of the pan.

4Sprinkle sausage and cheese over dough.

5Mix remaining ingredients and pour over all.

6Bake in 425 degree oven for 25 minutes.
