- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. yellow corn meal
- 1 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat eggs in a

2mixing bowl. Add milk, butter and corn meal. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

3Add to egg mixture.

4Mix just to blend.

5Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes, until edges are browned.

6Cool and cut into diamond shapes.

7Split and spread cut surfaces with butter.
