Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds medium peeled, deveined, raw shrimp
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 halved cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 sliced medium onion
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- dash pepper
- 1/2 pound bacon
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except bacon in a large bowl.

2Cover. Marinate in refrigerator overnight.

3Drain shrimp from marinade saving liquid.

4Wrap each shrimp in a half slice of bacon.

5Broil until bacon is crisp.

6Cook marinade slowly down to 1 cup liquid. Put in a cup.

7Serve shrimp surrounding liquid with toothpicks for dunking.

8Serves 6.
