- 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- 2 Green Onions diced
- 1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup Shredded Crab Meat
- 1 packages Wonton Wrappers
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp water
- 1 Oil for deep frying
Directions

1Mix softened cream cheese, garlic and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.

2Stir in crab and green onions.

3Beat the egg and water together in small bowl.

4Place a Tablespoon of the crab mixture in center of wonton wrapper.

5Brush edges of wrapper with egg wash mixture.

6Fold over corners to form a triangle and press to seal.

7Deep fry in small batches in 375F oil until golden brown.

8These fry up really quick.

9I always sprinkle with a pinch of salt as soon as they come out of fryer.

10Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
