  • 1/4 c. fine, dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp. dried whole marjoram
  • 1/8 tsp. dried whole thyme
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. skim milk
  • 8 chicken drumsticks, skinned (about 1 1/2 lb.)
  • vegetable cooking spray

    Combine first 5 ingredients in a small dish, stir well. Combine egg white and milk in a small bowl.

    Dip each drumstick in milk mixture; dredge in breadcrumb mixture.

    Place drumsticks in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
