- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 3/4 cups Vanilla Buttercream (or Frosting Of Your Choice)
- 1 whole Flax Egg (or Regular Egg If You're Not Vegan)
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cups Sugar
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F. Grease a cookie sheet or line with a silpat.

2In a medium bowl, mix the flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside.

3In a separate bowl, mix the frosting, egg, vanilla, and sugar on medium speed for 2 minutes. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until well combined.

4Drop cookies by large tablespoon fulls onto prepared cookiesheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges of cookies are lightly browned.
