  • 5 cans Shoe Peg corn, drain off water
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, cut up
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, cut up
  • 3/4 c. milk, mixed with 3 Tbsp. flour to thicken
  • 10 to 12 slices jalapeno pepper
  • black pepper (if desired)
