Crock Pot Easiest Ever Kielbasa Hoagies

  • 3 lbs kielbasa
  • 1 lb sauerkraut (drained, rinsed)
  • 12 ounces applesauce (do not use flavored style)
  • 1 (12 ounce) can beer or 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer

Directions

    Mix together sauerkraut and applesauce and put in the bottom of the crock pot.

    Cut the kielbasa into serving-size pieces and place it on top of the sauerkraut.

    Pour the beer over all and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.

    If you are at home while this dish is cooking, feel free to give it a stir now and then.

    Serve it on long hard rolls with a side salad or your fav veggie casserole.
