Crock Pot Mashed Potatoes

- 2 pounds Potatoes, Peeled And Diced
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1/4 cups Butter
- 1-1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups Milk
Directions

1Place the potatoes, water and butter into the crock pot. Season with salt, and pepper. Cook on low for 7 hours or on high for up to 4 hours. (You can check on it periodically after 2 or so hours to check for doneness.)

2When done cooking, mash potatoes with a masher or an electric beater, adding the desired amount of milk to acheive a creamy consistency. Keep warm on low until serving.
