- 2 hoagie hinged hoagie buns(sarah lee works well)
- 2 crispy chicken breast breast tender loins
- 20 seasoned french fries
- 4 mozzarella sticks or 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp emerils classic marinara sauce
Directions

1fill deep fryer with vegetable or canola oil preheat to 400F

2add chicken to fryer basket submerge and cook for about 2 minutes or until done

3drain chicken on a paper towel

4add mozzarella sticks to fryer submerge in oil for about 1 minute and 30 seconds or until done

5drain sticks onto a paper towel

6fill fryer basket with seasoned fries cook another 2 minutes until crispy and done

7drain fries onto paper towel

8open the bun and place 1 chicken tenderloin inside top with half the fries stretch two mozzarella sticks out and place ontop of fries drizzle with marinara sauce close bun.

9this makes two sandwhiches.
