  • 2 hoagie hinged hoagie buns(sarah lee works well)
  • 2 crispy chicken breast breast tender loins
  • 20 seasoned french fries
  • 4 mozzarella sticks or 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp emerils classic marinara sauce

Directions

    fill deep fryer with vegetable or canola oil preheat to 400F

    add chicken to fryer basket submerge and cook for about 2 minutes or until done

    drain chicken on a paper towel

    add mozzarella sticks to fryer submerge in oil for about 1 minute and 30 seconds or until done

    drain sticks onto a paper towel

    fill fryer basket with seasoned fries cook another 2 minutes until crispy and done

    drain fries onto paper towel

    open the bun and place 1 chicken tenderloin inside top with half the fries stretch two mozzarella sticks out and place ontop of fries drizzle with marinara sauce close bun.

    this makes two sandwhiches.
