  • FOR THE BROWNIES:
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
  • 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/3 cups Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • FOR THE CRUMB TOPPING:
  • 12 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Flour

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray/grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Set aside.

    2. In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, vanilla, eggs and melted butter.

    3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder.

    4. Gradually add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Blend until well combined.

    5. Pour batter into prepared pan. Set aside.

    7. In a medium-sized bowl whisk together melted butter, both sugars and cinnamon until smooth. Stir in flour gradually. Mix and separate with a fork until mixture is crumbly.

    8. Sprinkle mixture on top of brownie batter.

    9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove pan from oven and set on a rack.
