- 1 -2 tablespoon butter (i use coconut oil)
- 34 cup slivered almonds
- 12 cup sunflower seeds
- 12 green cabbage
- 12 red cabbage
- 2 -4 green onions
- 2 cups broccoli
- 14 ounces dried chow mein noodles (can add all or part your call)
- 34 cup oil (again coconut with veg)
- 12 cup vinegar
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1saute in frying pan butter,almonds,sunflower seeds.

2cut up cabage, & brocolli mix together.

3add chow mein noodles to frying pan and remove from heat.

4add green onions to frying pan mix.

5mix oil,viniger,sugar,soya sauce,and salt in sealable jar.

6shake to blend this is the sauce to pour over the salad.

7add sauce to mixture just before serving or noodles will become soft( i just pour sauce on dished out portions).

8Any leftovers are great as a **** STIR FRY ****.
