Crunchie Noodle Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 -2 tablespoon butter (i use coconut oil)
  • 34 cup slivered almonds
  • 12 cup sunflower seeds
  • 12 green cabbage
  • 12 red cabbage
  • 2 -4 green onions
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 14 ounces dried chow mein noodles (can add all or part your call)
  • 34 cup oil (again coconut with veg)
  • 12 cup vinegar
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    saute in frying pan butter,almonds,sunflower seeds.

    cut up cabage, & brocolli mix together.

    add chow mein noodles to frying pan and remove from heat.
  4. 4
    add green onions to frying pan mix.
  5. 5
    mix oil,viniger,sugar,soya sauce,and salt in sealable jar.

    shake to blend this is the sauce to pour over the salad.

    add sauce to mixture just before serving or noodles will become soft( i just pour sauce on dished out portions).

    Any leftovers are great as a **** STIR FRY ****.
