- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 150 gram butter/ margarine
- 1 tablespoon syrup/honey
Directions

1Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees centigrade.

2Melt butter, syrup, and about half of the sugar in a pot and stir. Put dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix in melted mixture. Grease baking tray. Push down to flatten onto a biscuit tray. Not too thick.

3Bake at 150 for about 30 mins till golden. Cut into squares while still hot. Leave to cool.
