- 1 lb. catfish (meat off bone)
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 5 to 6 potatoes, cubed (medium to small)
- 5 to 6 slices bacon
- Tabasco sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon; crumble.

2Saute onion in bacon grease and drain well.

3Boil catfish 10 to 15 minutes or until meat falls off the bone.

4Remove bones and skin.

5Add potatoes, tomatoes, onion and bacon in with meat.

6Season to taste with Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.

7The more Tabasco sauce the better!

8Let simmer 30 minutes.
