- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 6 to 6 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Stir in sugar, salt, oil and 3 cups of flour.

3Beat until smooth.

4Mix in enough of the remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.

5Turn dough onto lightly floured board; knead until smooth and elastic, 8 to 10 minutes. Place in greased bowl.

6Brush top with salad oil.

7Cover and let rise in warm place until double, about 45 minutes.
