  • 2 large tomatoes, cubed
  • 1 large red pepper, cubed
  • 1 large green pepper, cubed
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 1 (6 oz.) can ripe olives, drained
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 to 3 c. hot cooked rice
